I’m going to break it down into three steps that you need to do.
With any type of free traffic, it takes a lot of work. It takes a lot of time to know where your customers are.
With most pay traffic, it’s like a faucet. You literally turn on the traffic and the leads start coming immediately.
When you consider using Facebook as a free traffic source. You need to implement a strategy that’s going to work for you.
Free Leads Using Facebook – Generating Leads
You need to bring in at least 10 to 20 leads a day. You also need to be careful as you doing this. Facebook doesn’t marketers. They want you to use Facebook ads.
When you are trying to get leads to be sure to spread it out over the course of the day. You don’t want to trigger Facebook’s algorithm. If you do. You may find yourself in Facebook jail.
Where are these leads going to come from?

What you are going to do is find at least five solid Facebook groups. These groups have to be in the same niche is your business. Don’t join the first group you find. You want to stay away from groups that have a lot of spamming in them. Find groups where people are posting questions and getting answers. You don’t want to get into a small group. Make sure there are at least a couple of thousand members.
Then once you have joined your five groups. Go in and post to these groups with value post. Make sure these posts hit a pain point that someone may have. When you find questions that someone is asking that your product can solve. You want to thoroughly answer their question. You want to keep doing this over time.
Now you’re going to get people’s attention. They’re going to know that you have been a great resource for helping others out. They are definitely going to check out your Facebook profile and see what you’re all about. Trust me people do this.

Free Leads Using Facebook – Getting Your Profile Ready
Let’s talk about the post on your profile page. You want your post to be related to your brand. Don’t be posting all kinds of cat videos or family post. Create engaging posts so that when interested prospects come to your profile page. They will want to follow you and get to know you even more.
When you’re on your profile page. The first thing you want to do every day start engaging with posts that are related to your niche. You want to like and add a comment to their post. Make sure your comment pertains to their post. Don’t put just a one or two-word comment. You want to do this to 5 posts.
When you start leaving comments on their post. They are going to do the same thing for you. This is exactly what you want.
When they are commenting on your post. This is the way you were going to get in touch with them. Now you’re going to use Facebook Messenger and send a message. You want to thank them for commenting and look at their profile page before you sent off the message. Add something from their profile page too. This is a great way to get a conversation started.
The Facebook algorithm will love you for commenting like this. Facebook will then show more of your posts on their profile page. You want to be consistent and do this every day.
You don’t want to put just random posts on your profile page. You want to create a post that offers value that helps others, results that you have been getting in your business or others have been getting with your help. You also want to use lifestyle posts.
You’re creating all these posts and engagement to follow up with people.
Free Leads Using Facebook – Wrapping It Up
Facebook is a great way to get targeted free leads. However, it does require a lot of work and diligence. You need to engage every day on other people’s posts so that they engage with yours.
When they leave a comment or a like for one of your posts. This is the time to start the conversation using Facebook Messenger.
For this strategy to be effective your friends on Facebook have to be in the same niche as you. This doesn’t work with family and people you know. If you are a marketer, then you want to look for other marketers on Facebook.
